A GST billing product for businesses needed sign-in and onboarding that felt secure and simple, because the first screens decide whether a business trusts software with its financial data.

Approach

I treated the first screens as a trust problem: reviewed the QR-code login for security, added clear trust signals and onboarding content, and evaluated in-app guidance tools — then built payroll, timesheets, audit logging and PDF generation on the same foundation.
